SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours. You will be notified via email as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number.

Shipping costs within Germany are 4.95€. For orders over 200€, shipping within Germany is free. Outside of Germany, shipping costs are 13.99€.

Please note that for customs, import taxes, or other fees outside of Germany, the recipient (Delivery Duty Unpaid) is responsible. We recommend checking with the local customs office in advance for information on any applicable fees.

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYPAL

If you have a PayPal account, you can securely and easily pay with PayPal.

CREDIT CARD

You have the option to conveniently pay with your credit card. After the usual verification by the credit institution, your credit card will be charged with the total amount.

ADVANCE PAYMENT

Of course, you have the option to pay for your products in advance/invoice. Once the total amount is received in our account, the goods will be shipped to you immediately. If your payment is not received in our account within 7 working days, we will cancel your order.

DIRECT DEBIT

The SEPA direct debit procedure is a very simple, practical, and at the same time secure payment method that is, of course, also available to you.

RETURNS

Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if the products are in impeccable condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. The hygiene seal must be completely intact; otherwise, we may have to return the returned items to you. All components of a set must be returned in full. Products that are part of a promotion to reach a certain purchase value cannot be returned. It is explicitly stated that there should be no damage to the seal, packaging, and labels. In the case of a revocation, the costs of the return shipment are at your expense.

The refund will be made promptly upon receipt of the return. Please note that this may take one to two weeks for card payments, depending on the credit institution.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a product is damaged or defective, please send us a photo of it within 30 days of receipt to service@docberger-antiaging.de so that we can send you an undamaged item as soon as possible.

Items are considered defective if the condition was not caused by wear and tear. The customer is responsible for signs of wear and tear.

SKIN REACTIONS

Please discontinue the use of a product immediately if you observe unexpected skin reactions. Please contact us by email at service@docberger-antiaging.de in such a case.

SHELF LIFE

Please note that all products have a shelf life after opening, usually 3 months. You can find this information on the respective label.
