Our Subscriptions
Your subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval, and the products are shipped to you after each successful renewal. For example, if you start a monthly subscription, your credit card will be charged automatically every month, and you will receive your products conveniently at your doorstep without having to place an order manually. Please note: A subscription requires at least two deliveries – the initial order when you sign up and at least one automated follow-up delivery.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time after at least one automated follow-up delivery. This means that your subscription can only be canceled after the second delivery – the initial order and at least one additional automated shipment.
You can access the customer portal via the magic link you received by email when you placed your first subscription order. Alternatively, you can manage your subscriptions by creating an account in the shop.
You can skip or reschedule the billing in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery has a "Skip Payment" button that you can use to skip the billing. You can also reschedule the billing by clicking the "Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the "Edit" button in the product card and edit, remove, or add products to your subscription.
If your subscription cannot be renewed due to a payment processing issue, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to securely update your payment method.
